01/ Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SakuraMetricLabs.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Japan. These metrics and analytics protocols are provided to facilitate high-precision enterprise data optimization. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Sakura Metric Labs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuous use of our analytics platform signifies acceptance of the current iteration of these terms.

02/ Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary analytics models, custom code, interface designs, "Sakura" metrics methodologies, and visual assets are the exclusive property of Sakura Metric Labs. Permission is granted to temporarily view the informational materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Usage Restrictions:
- Modifying or copying the analytics frameworks.
- Using materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
- Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software associated with the Lab.
- Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the records on any other server.
03/ System Usage & Performance
Our systems are designed for high-performance enterprise analytics. Users must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful to our metrics engine. Any unauthorized access to our server, database, or network will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under Japanese cyber-security statutes.
Users are responsible for ensuring their own network performance and data integrity when interfacing with Sakura Metric Labs tools. We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
04/ Disclaimer & Liability Constraints
The materials on Sakura Metric Labs' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sakura Metric Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Sakura Metric Labs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of analytics accuracy or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if a Sakura Metric Labs authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
05/ Jurisdiction & Governance
Any claim relating to Sakura Metric Labs' website shall be governed by the laws of Japan without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the City of Osaka for those purposes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
